Bostar x My Angel x Premium Unisex Tee

Created from heartbreak and transformed into a message of love, My Angel by BoStar is a tribute to a great-grandchild who was tragically stillborn and to the faith that carried a family through their grief.

After the loss, the child’s great-grandparent turned to prayer and reflection as a way of processing the pain. Having already prayed to sanctify the child to God, he found comfort in the belief that his great-grandchild was now in heaven. As part of that grieving process, he wrote a poem titled My Angel and later shared the story with his brother, BoStar.

Inspired by that deeply personal experience, BoStar created the original My Angel artwork as a visual expression of love, remembrance, faith, and God’s comfort during loss. The image brings together the tenderness of an angel holding a child with the message of strength found in Philippians 4:13.

The My Angel Unisex Tee carries that original artwork beyond the page and turns it into something you can wear with meaning. It is a piece created not simply to be seen, but to represent remembrance, resilience, and the love that continues even after loss.

Through Inmate Create’s Give By Design program, this design also gives back. BoStar’s artist earnings from every My Angel Unisex Tee will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

What began as one family’s way of finding comfort through grief now carries a larger purpose—honoring a child’s memory while helping support children and families facing their own difficult journeys.
